Make a rubber doll
This is a bit messy and please make sure that no-one has ammonia or rubber allergies.
The Messy bit:
get some 4mm foam rubber, cut it into 15cm strips and dip it into a latex glue such as copydex. Hang it up somewhere - put plenty of paper underneath to catch the drips. Let it dry out. You can then squeeze and squash the latex into any shape you like - it sticks to itself.
